Share your voice – Help shape how Wrentham keeps residents informed and engaged!
The Town of Wrentham is launching a communication survey to learn how information is shared, received and accessed throughout the community. This survey takes approximately 5 minutes to complete and will help us better understand what is working well and where there are opportunities to improve. Your feedback will help shape how Wrentham shares emergency alerts, event updates, and everyday news – from the Town website and social media to email newsletters and beyond. This survey supports the Town’s broader effort to evaluate its current communication practices and identify opportunities to make information more accessible, timely, and effective. Feedback will help the Town better understand which communication channels are working well, where challenges may exist and how you would prefer to receive information going forward.
“Clear communication starts with listening,” said Town Manager Michael King. “This survey gives residents and community stakeholders an opportunity to tell us what is working, where gaps may exist, and how we can make Town information easier to access. We are committed to using that feedback to build a more timely, reliable, and accessible approach to communication across Wrentham.”
The Community Communication Survey is intended for Wrentham residents and community stakeholders. Questions focus on how participants currently receive Town news and updates, which communication channels they use most often, their experiences finding Town information and their preferences for future communications. Responses are anonymous and will be used solely to help the Town improve how it communicates with the community. We encourage all residents and stakeholders to take a few minutes to share their feedback, your voice can help shape the way Wrentham keeps you informed.

A paper copy of the survey is also available at Town Hall in the Administration Office and Senior Center for residents who prefer not to complete it online.
This survey will remain open through October 13, 2026.
