The Madison Street water main construction project is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, October 15th starting at 7:00 a.m. The project will begin at the intersection of Rte 140 and Madison Street. Every effort will be made to keep a lane open at all times for local traffic, school buses and emergency vehicles. Due to the location required to place the pipe, there will be times when the construction zone will not passable. Residents should plan accordingly and expect delays and detours.
