Town of Wrentham Provides Constituent Services Update Following Town Closures

WRENTHAM — Town Administrator Kevin Sweet would like to provide the following constituent services update for the Town of Wrentham in an effort to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and to promote the practice of social distancing.

Effective today, March 17, all Wrentham public buildings will be closed to the public until further notice. We ask that you do not visit the Public Safety building unless it is an emergency. The main lobby and access to the building is closed, but you can use the button in the foyer to connect with the MECC (our Communications Center) and request to speak with an Officer.

While Town Hall and other departments are closed for direct, in-person service, staff will be available for all regular business activities via phone, email and through the town’s online services center at http://wrentham.ma.us/.

For all emergencies, please continue to dial 911.

Call the statewide hotline at 211 or visit www.mass211.org for the most up-to-date information.

Payments and Permits

All permitting and online payments can be found online.

Online payments can be made here.

The Online Permitting Portal can be found here.

Drop box: There is a stainless steel payment drop box in the Town Hall driveway near TD Bank. This drop box will be emptied on a regular basis for customers who are not able to make payments online. Cash will not be accepted.

Departmental Customer Service Updates

The following is a list of contacts and resources to continue business through the public closings. Town officials will continue to update this list as the situation evolves.

As the Town offices are operating with essential staff only, with the exception of public safety departments, officials request that all Town business be conducted via email and online services during closure. The Town of Wrentham is operating a “call center” model out of the Administration Office to assist residents and others as needed.
